The holidays are just around the corner. However, so that the body does not suffer a shock, we offer you a pre-holiday warm-up under Orlica. The ideal moment for this will be the upcoming long weekend. Four days will allow you to properly prepare for your holiday.
So we have a proposal for you — an ideal plan of four days full of activities, interspersed with bicycles, mountain hikes, morning runs and well-deserved relaxation in the SPA area. All seasoned with green microclimate, of course.
Day 1 — bike start: Family Bike Park and cable cars
At the beginning of the weekend, plan a visit to the Family Bike Park Zieleniec, where cycling routes of different levels of difficulty will appeal to everyone — from toddlers to teenagers to adults.

During the weekend from 10:00 to 17:00 there will of course also be available cable cars (Nartorama/Gryglówka), which will comfortably pick you up with your bikes to the start of the routes. For a good start, we propose routes for beginners — SZTOS and BOM-BEL — ideal for families. For more demanding cyclists there are ZIG-ZAG and PATATA and of course CRAZY DAD.
After an intense ride, we recommend a restorative meal in the hostel or in one of the bars or restaurants. In the evening, a relaxing walk around the area. Inhaling the fresh, cool air of Zelenec is a real energy boost that enhances its unique microclimate. In the evening, it is worth closing the day with dinner in a local tavern — preferably one with a view of the mountain slopes.
Day 2 — to the top: Orlica and Velka Destna
The next day is time for a mountain adventure and new perspectives — we suggest visiting Orlica and Wielka Desztna. Two observation towers located on them offer panoramic views like a fairy tale. If the weather is good, you can see the Sudetenland from the Giant Mountains to the Jeseniki Mountains. Miracle, honey!

We start early, between 8 am and 9 am, to avoid the most heat and meet the morning, crisp air. The route leads from Zieleniec through forest corners and glades, where nature itself invites you to take a deep breath. The first approach to Orlica is a walk of several tens of minutes, after which it is worth stopping for a second breakfast at the tower — there is a very nice place for a picnic. It is known - in the open air, even a roll with cheese grows to the rank of an exquisite dish.
Then we walk along the ridge of the Orlickie Mountains towards Wielka Desztna. On the way, a break at the iconic Masarykova Chata lodge and something to eat (Czech cuisine is a class in itself!). After visiting the observation tower, return to Zieleniec on a calm, even relaxing trail.
Day 3 — morning bike and afternoon hike to Lasówka
Saturday again on the bike. You can use the cable car again and head to the Family Bike Park or for a change start on single tracks. After returning — recuperation at lunch in a hostel or inn: something warm and filling is a must.

However, in the afternoon we offer you a walk to Lasówka — a picturesque village in the embrace of a beech forest. The main destination is Trčkovská louka, a charming clearing where the trees are illuminated by the pleasant light of the afternoon sun. It is also worth looking for the Grey Stone — hidden in legends and local stories about the Bystrica Mountains.
This quiet hike — despite light activity — allows you to immerse yourself in the microclimate, smell the trees, listen to the sounds of the forest, catch your breath from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. After 2-3 hours we return to Zieleniec, where you can end the evening with a bonfire, pleasant company and regional flavors.
Day 4 — morning run to Orlica and relax in the SPA
Sunday starts differently — with the morning crossing to Orlica. It is worth leaving very early — already around 6:30 — 7:00 — to feel the first rays of the sun and the cool, crisp air. Running is a 2-3 hour loop, an intense effort, but also a great satisfaction. A good breakfast and a delicious coffee after returning will further enhance the feeling of success. And all this in the clean air, which has a regenerating effect on the body and mind.

After the run, it's time to relax — time for the SPA zones in Zieleniec, full of saunas, jacuzzi, massages and cooling zones. The microclimate of Zieleniec — iodine air, specific humidity and smell of forest oils — promotes faster and deeper regeneration.
It is the combination of activity with such a form of relaxation that makes the weekend memorable for a long time. In the spa, you can enjoy herbal teas, light snacks and terraces overlooking the mountains - a great opportunity to sum up your Sunday morning and recharge your batteries before returning to everyday life.

Celebration of the Feast of Corpus Christi
The Monastery of the Friars Minor Franciscans in Zieleniec invites you to the celebration of the Corpus Christi at the Church of St. Anthony in Lasówka on 19 June.
Going back to history, the celebration of the Corpus Christi took place for the first time in 1246 in Leodium (in French Liège), in 1317 it was established for the whole Western Church, while in 1320 it was also introduced in Polish lands and so to this day this wonderful tradition is cherished by successive generations.
This year's Celebrations of the Corpus Christi will begin on 16 June at 10:15 with a solemn Mass in the Church of St. Anthony in Lasówka. After the solemn Mass, a festive procession will depart.
