Zieleniec, which is part of Lower Silesian resort Duszniki-Zdrój, is only about two hours’ drive from Wrocław. If you come from more distant parts of Poland, it is best to head towards Kłodzko. There is an international road no. E67 (Wrocław – Kudowa Zdrój) as well as national road no. 8 which lead from Wrocław almost directly to Zieleniec. You will pass through Łagiewniki, Ząbkowice Śląskie, Kłodzko, Polanica-Zdrój, Duszniki-Zdrój on your way. Turn left right after the end of Duszniki (approx. 3-4 km from the town; a very visibly-marked turn at Zieleniec Sport Arena), from where after just 8 kilometres you will reach the heart of winter sports in Kłodzko Valley.
There is also an alternative route from Duszniki-Zdrój to Zieleniec, however in winter it is possible to go there only in one direction (Zieleniec-Duszniki). It directs you through the Wojska Polskiego Street along the Bystrzyca Dusznicka Stream to the junction with the road no. 389, where you should turn right when heading towards Zieleniec.
You can also travel to Zieleniec with a special SkiBus, which during the ski season runs mainly from the centre of Duszniki-Zdrój and Wrocław, and you can get to Duszniki by train and PKS buses.
